Hi, so, The device is good for the price, but then, tray is really expensive in my opinion and if we don't change it regularly so the device stop working correctly. I don't know but is not fair.

Too expensive can’t afford it
Too expensive and doesn't last
My older cat hates the crystal litter. I had to change that to regular clumping litter. The trays get full within two weeks which means I'm still having to scoop poop from the reservoir. There is no option just to buy the tray.Buy itself and they're absurdly expensive

I love them that's why I buy the pack of four. Wish they were cheaper. I have 7 cats so I have to replace it very often.
Expensive
You pay top dollar for this product and it is a good product, but you shouldn’t have to put it together and it should last longer. Just saying.
